Residential Permits

Our team has extensive knowledge in residential permits ranging from existing home extensions, full teardown new builds and full blown construction on new undeveloped land. Every location and property is different and requires specific sets of permits, documentation and applications. Commercial Permits

In addition to residential permits, our team also offers commercial permits and land development to our customers. In order to build any sort of medical building, plaza, office or any place of business on a piece of land, a commercial permit from the city is needed to do so. This can be a tricky process requiring constant dialogue with the city and constant documentation provided to them. Our team has experience within this field delivering multiple commercial permits to customers in cities across the GTA.

 

Land Zoning and Severances

Land zoning is the process of taking an undeveloped piece of land you want to get developed and getting it zoned for that specific purpose. Land severance includes dividing a lot into several smaller subsections ie; developing multiple separate homes on a single lot that gets divided. Land zoning and severance is a heavily regulated and long-term process which requires dozens of studies, Our team is able to provide the guidance and experience in order to ensure that this process is as pain free and simple.

 

Land Development Services

Provide consulting services to get municipal approval to build your custom home. This is a cumbersome, complex and very time consuming process to get approval and change existing zoning. We are here to assist you to build your dream house.
